EV (SolidWorks)
An electric vehicle (EV) design developed in SolidWorks. This project was built entirely around the specific technical guidelines provided in class, focusing on precise 3D modeling and working within defined design constraints.


Tote Bag
For this project, I wanted to design a tote bag that adapts to different activities throughout the day instead of being limited to just one use—whether someone is going to school, the gym, or playing sports. The bag includes multiple multifunctional pockets that change depending on what needs to be carried, like a wipeable front pocket shaped to fit a tennis racket or gym shoes, and a pocket that fits a water bottle or a tube of tennis balls. It also features a padded laptop sleeve, easy-access pockets for a phone and keys, and a firmer rectangular base so it holds its shape when placed on the ground. To make it truly adaptable, the straps allow it to be worn as a tote, a backpack, or a side bag, with a top that fully closes for extra security.


Gathering Frames
After noticing a lack of community driven activities and social infrastructure within the school environment, we decided to pursue a circular design initiative that transforms discarded bicycle components into public seating.
The initiative prioritizes ethical sourcing and circular practices, converting salvaged materials into a foundation for community engagement and shared recreational space.

Material Exploration
Lots of the products we use every day are not made to last very long, yet the materials they are made from last forever. This creates a huge mismatch between the life of a product and the life of its material, turning objects into waste very quickly and leaving a long-term environmental impact.
I wanted to question this mismatch by exploring materials that either:
• Are not everlasting and can return safely to the environment once their life is over, or
• Are already considered waste but still have a lot of usable life left.

Tying Connections
With the intention of making bike maintenance more accessible so people can achieve sustainable and independent transportation, students from SCARP (UBC) organized this event. My colleague and I guided a workshop as part of the program. Our goal was to bring people together, teaching an easy technique to reuse found materials and transform them into useful accessories for their bikes.
